Privacy notice

Material House Limited uses customer contact, order and payment references to provide shopping, delivery and customer support. Card payments are handled by Airwallex.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we record page visits, product views, bag actions, routine interactions and timestamps. We also record approximate country/city/region and browser/device category. We do not collect form contents or search text through this analytics feature.

Signed-in activity may link to your customer profile. Browser sessions do not reliably identify unique people, and Location is approximate. Admins and Managers can view these analytics details.

Visitor session details and their customer link are removed after 30 days of inactivity. Existing event counts and browsing events remain for store reporting without those visitor details. Orders and customer records follow their separate business record requirements.

You can decline analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the storefront footer. Declining stops future optional analytics collection.
